Brow Contour was created in 2018. The business says its aim is to share a love of aesthetics and help women feel confident in their beauty. It now operates four locations, with hours that vary by studio.

Hair removal makes up much of the menu. Threading covers areas from the lip and brow to full face with or without neck and brows, while waxing and sugaring cover body areas for women, with men's full body and Brazilian options also offered. The sugar paste is homemade, made locally and heated at a low temperature.

Each studio has treatment rooms, a waiting area and small amenities for clients. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes before their appointment, and appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Brow services include lamination, tinting and threading, and brow shape is planned around facial features, brow width, angles from the nose and eyes, and hair length and color. Lash services cover tints, lifts and extensions in classic, hybrid, semi volume and volume styles, with fills priced for two-week or three-week intervals depending on the style.

Waxing method depends on the area: soft wax is used for larger areas such as legs, arms and back, and hard wax for the face, underarms and bikini or Brazilian areas. Brow shaping is planned around each client's facial features.
