Brow work is the core of the menu. Options include powder brows, ombre powder brows, microblading (done by hand with a blade of fine micro needles to draw in hair-like strokes), nano strokes (a hair-stroke technique applied with a tattoo machine), a hybrid brow that combines powder shading with microblading strokes at the front, and a combo of nano strokes and powder. A two-person booking is available for permanent brows. Touch-ups are included with several of the brow services, and a 4-6 week brow touch-up is offered to finish the work. According to the studio, ombre and hybrid brows can last one to three years with maintenance in between. Maintenance for existing clients is also offered.

Beyond brows, the studio offers permanent eyeliner on the top, bottom or both lash lines, lip blushing in a color the client chooses (which may also define the lip outline, with a numbing agent applied an hour before), and semi-permanent freckles on the face or a smaller heart-shaped freckle design. Tiny tattoos are offered too, and clients send their design idea for confirmation before booking. Color correction is available for existing color, though new color must be booked as a separate service. Sailene removal is offered in a single session. Brow tinting and threading for the upper lip, brows and full face are also on the menu for those who want quicker services.

Booking follows a few set rules. A 50% deposit is collected at checkout and counts toward the balance on the day. Appointments are cancelled if a client arrives 15 minutes late. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice; a second reschedule means the deposit is forfeited. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Thursday and Friday 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday 2 PM to 2:30 PM, and is closed Sundays.

The studio also teaches. Offerings include a private one-on-one microblading course that includes a certificate, a live demo and hands-on training, a microblading refresher for working PMU artists or those who want the basics, and a powder and ombre refresher with hands-on training and a live demo. According to the course page, the powder and ombre refresher does not provide a certification. The portfolio shows examples of powder, ombre and hybrid brows, combo brows, and hyaluronic acid lip filler.
