About

Brow lamination is done with a series of perming gels applied to the brow hairs and combed through to straighten the hair texture. The studio uses lamination kits from Spain and says its process is ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested. Eyebrow threading uses a twisted cotton-polyester thread to remove hair from the root. Tinting can be added to lamination, and threading also covers the sides, forehead, lip, chin, neck, cheeks, fingers and full face.

Body services use sugar paste made from sugar, lemon juice, glycerin and water, which removes hair without taking off layers of skin. The studio describes sugaring as gentler on the skin and suited to sensitive skin, and notes it may be an option for people who react to waxing products, though suitability depends on hair composition. Body waxing uses a resin wax applied with a spatula and removed from the root, and it is available for all body parts. Hair is typically kept off for three to six weeks after waxing, though some people see regrowth sooner. Limb waxing and limb sugaring are not offered.

Booking works by text. Clients request an appointment by texting the studio, and inquiries should include full name, the exact services wanted, an Instagram handle, and the referral source or referring client. Walk-ins are not accepted. A deposit is required at booking, depending on the service, and clients referred by existing clients receive priority for new-client bookings. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; a charge may apply and deposits are forfeited if that timeframe is missed. A first-time fee applies to brow services when a client has not booked for more than four months. Lamination clients complete the Client Acknowledgement and NYC Terms forms before their appointment. Because it is a private studio with limited capacity, new-client intake may be limited at any time.
