Brow Atelier organizes its services into three groups: brows, lashes and waxing. Brow options include shaping, tinting, staining and lamination, along with a teen brow service at a lower price. Several brow and lash services can be combined into one visit.

Brow shaping uses waxing or tweezing and begins with precision mapping, and it can include a brow massage. Brow stain is a longer-wearing color option, lasting about one to two weeks on the skin and four to six weeks on the brow hairs. Brow lamination is a longer treatment that holds for six to eight weeks and can be paired with shaping, tint or both.

Lash services include tinting, which lasts four to six weeks, and lash lifting, a six to eight week treatment that curls and lifts natural lashes. The two can be booked together. Clients prepare by skipping lash serum for a week before a lift, and for the 24 hours afterward they should keep lashes dry, avoid eye makeup and skip heat such as hot showers, saunas and hot tubs.

Stylists work from two suites, with Angelina Broick, Chii Coburn and Makenna Perry in Suite 202 and Shelby Washington in Suite 108, so clients should confirm their suite when booking. Longer services such as lamination and lash lifts require a deposit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged half of the scheduled service. The salon is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.

Brow shaping is built on precision mapping, with shaping done by waxing or tweezing. Lash and brow treatments come with specific preparation and aftercare guidelines.
