Threading removes hair with cotton thread, one line at a time, with no chemicals or heat. Many salons also wax the face and body, from underarm and bikini to Brazilian and full body, using warm wax removed strip by strip. The salon notes that waxing can be uncomfortable for some people and suggests researching it and trying a skin test first.

Brow add-ons can be booked alone or with threading. Tinting uses semi-permanent dye or henna to define the brow in about fifteen to twenty minutes and typically lasts one to three weeks, depending on care. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs for a fuller, smoother look and typically lasts four to six weeks with proper care. Threading can also be bundled with tint, with lamination, or with both. Tinting is offered only at select locations.

Services vary by salon. Hair services such as cuts, color, styling and treatments are offered at select locations. The La Quinta Old Town salon also offers makeup application and LED and diamond facials, and the Tradition Square salon in Port St Lucie offers customized Korean facials, a Korean lash lift and tint, and a head spa experience. Facials are offered at only a few locations, with plans to expand.

For a visit, threading is walk-in only at every salon, and some locations take walk-ins for other services when a licensed technician is free. Online gift cards include a bonus on the purchase value, and the recipient sees only the card value.

The salon describes its approach as inclusive and client-first, with the aim of having each client leave feeling their best.

Most salons sit inside malls, and the Lynnwood location has one spot in an outdoor village area and one indoors.
