Medical visits are priced as stated by the practice: a new patient evaluation of a single concern is $295, a follow-up for a single issue is $250, a follow-up for two or three issues or a new issue is $295, a skin cancer screening is $295, and a hair loss consultation is $350. Appointment length and price depend on the number and complexity of concerns discussed, at the office's discretion. Costs are shared before the visit and paid at the time of service. Procedures, cosmetic services and administrative work are charged separately.

The practice does not accept insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, and does not bill or communicate with insurers. Patients with insurance can still use it for pathology, laboratory work and prescriptions, and the practice provides a coded receipt on request for out-of-network reimbursement without guaranteeing that reimbursement. Written Good Faith Estimates are available on request. A credit card is required to book, and cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours' notice; missed or late-cancelled visits carry a non-refundable fee.

Cosmetic treatments begin with a consultation to determine candidacy. The practice aims for natural-looking results that keep people looking like themselves. Cosmetic services include neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, a fractional laser, vascular and other laser options, customized chemical peels, medical-grade microneedling, platelet rich plasma and the removal of benign growths. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 to 4, Wednesday and Thursday 11 to 6, and select Fridays 10 to 2; the office is closed on weekends.
