The salon says its aim is advanced technique and high-quality service. Stylists receive regular instruction from International Platform Artists to stay current with cuts, color and styling trends. The salon describes its educational program as the top one in the salon industry, and states that it is known for good hairstyles, honest service and value.

Consultations are complimentary, and pricing depends on hair length, thickness and the amount of customization needed. Haircuts range from a tailored cut for short styles to a signature cut with or without a blowout. Balayage is painted freehand and is designed to grow out seamlessly. Extensions are offered only with select stylists and are priced by calling the salon, and wedding styling is also quoted by phone. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm, with appointments available 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

Clients who are not satisfied need to say so at the time of service or within 48 hours, and corrective work is free when management approves it, though it is not offered more than five days after the original visit. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling. Children under 12 need an adult at consultation and parental consent before any service.

The salon says it supports local schools, charity fundraisers and churches through donations.
