Brittany trained at the Paul Mitchell school in Chicago and began her career there right after school, working under established stylists. Her education has continued through 901 Academy, Bumble and Bumble University, and instruction from Alex Brown and Ashlee Norman, along with several other educators.

The studio has two locations: a Denver space inside The Olive Tiger at 1701 Platte Street, and a Pueblo salon at 1218 North Main Street. Denver is open seven days a week with hours that vary, while Pueblo keeps set hours from Tuesday through Saturday.

Each look is built around the client's goals, daily life, personality and style, blending classic hairstyling methods with a current, modern sensibility. New clients begin with a consultation covering hair goals, pricing, timing and expectations, and a card on file holds that slot. Consultations can also take place over Instagram or a virtual call, decided case by case. Pricing depends on the extension method, desired length, density and color, so the consultation is where an estimate is set. Clients are asked to be upfront about their hair history.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice, and same-day changes may carry a rescheduling fee. Clients are asked to arrive about ten minutes early and to call or text if running late. Arriving 15 or more minutes after the scheduled time may mean losing the service, paying a same-day cancellation fee, or being offered a different service.

Blends traditional hairstyling techniques with a modern approach, and designs each look around the individual client.
