A visit usually starts with The Skin Story, a free 30-minute consultation about skin, goals and daily routine, before a treatment plan is put together. Visitors enter through the My Salon Suite lobby and call the studio from a tablet on the wall to be let in.

The core menu is built around Geneo Glo2 facials, which exfoliate and oxygenate the skin and infuse it with one of eight naturally derived OxyPod formulas chosen for each treatment. Radiofrequency work uses Geneo RF Pro, and microneedling is performed with a Dr. Pen Ultima A6S. Peels range from a dermaplaning and retinol-based facial to a customized GlyMed+ corrective peel, and dermaplaning is available as an add-on at booking. New clients can start with The Britt D Experience introduction.

The studio also runs The Aesthetic Society, a month-to-month membership with three tiers that provides monthly treatment credit and member discounts on GlyMed+ home care, which is sold through an online store. Booking and membership payments are handled through Square. The studio publishes a skincare blog called The Parlor with new posts twice a month.
