Lash artist, esthetician and trainer Daphne Bach leads the business. She began specializing in lashes in 2014 in Beverly Hills, where she worked with a range of lash styles, and later moved her business to Marina Del Rey. She also co-founded Brilliance, Beauty & Body Studio.

Extension sets are offered in several styles. Classic extensions place one lash on each natural lash. Hybrid sets mix volume and classic techniques to add fullness and length. Volume and 3D sets fan multiple extensions onto each natural lash, and luxury mink sets use real mink. The business describes its work as light and gentle, in a warm and welcoming setting.
