Booking runs on deposits. Color and treatment services require a deposit between $40 and $95, and haircuts require a $25 deposit. The deposit can be applied at the end of a visit, but a new one is needed to book the next appointment. Changes made up to 72 business hours ahead are free, while cancelling for any reason makes the deposit non-refundable. Confirmation messages go out 24 hours before appointments, and clients should arrive at least ten minutes early, since late arrivals are charged the full price of the booked services.
