The facial menu ranges from a 40-minute Glow & Go treatment, which includes a chilled growth factor mask and a scalp massage and is suited to most skin types, to a 90-minute Signature Facial with extractions as needed, LED light therapy and massage across the face, neck, shoulders, scalp and decollete. The Custom Facial is adjusted to the client's skin type and adds a professional serum. Other options include the Oxygen Facial, the Back Facial, a 35-minute Power Nap facial built around a PHA peel, a 30-minute Express Dermaplane Facial, the Lift & Sculp with lymph-sculpting massage, the Nano Infusion, which uses micro-cones to exfoliate and infuse product, and the Notox, a 95-minute treatment with an amino acid peel and a peptide infusion that the business describes as meant to mimic the effect of Botox.

Peel and microneedling services include a chemical free algae peel, which the business says addresses acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and texture, and a chemical peel described as a level 3 peel with 3 to 7 days of downtime, offered to existing clients only. Liquid Microneedling uses marine-derived microspears to deliver ingredients and includes nano infusion and LED light therapy. A follow-up express hydrating facial can be added for $90 if booked within two weeks. Deluxe Collagen Induction Therapy uses microchannels to stimulate the skin's own collagen and is typically done as a series.

Brow services include a waxed Brow Sculpt, a version with a temporary tint for sparse brows, and a Brow Sculpt paired with dermaplaning. Add-ons such as eye therapy, firming peptide therapy, a 2.5% pure vitamin A boost and dermaplaning can be combined with a treatment. Packages are available, and their credits apply automatically at checkout when clients book as usual. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount.

Booking changes and cancellations are handled with set windows. Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours ahead avoid a charge; within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the service cost applies, and no-shows are charged in full. Changes to the length of a service must be made within 24 hours of the treatment, or the full original cost may be charged. Glow & Go requires a $40 deposit at booking, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Thursday and Sunday.

Treatments combine cleansing, exfoliation, masks, devices and massage, with massage included in many services.
