The owner, Lisa Hoskins, previously worked with Bridal Artistry in the Washington DC area, a company Barbara Hill founded in 2001. The Kansas City business continues that bridal-focused work with its own team of makeup artists and a hairstylist.

Bridal packages are the core offering. The Basic Makeup Package is $250 plus the Makeup Service Bundle for the bridal party, and includes one pre-wedding trial, wedding-day makeup with false lashes and a full-size lip color. The Standard Makeup Package is $275 plus the bundle and adds a customized Signature Touch Up Kit. The Premium Makeup and Hair Package is $500 plus the bundle and covers a makeup and hair trial, on-site makeup and hair on the wedding day, headpiece, hair jewelry or veil placement, a Signature Touch Up Kit and a full-size finishing hairspray. Bridal party bundles are listed at reduced rates by package, and hair services are not included for the bridal party.

Trial consultations come before booking. Makeup trials take at least one hour and combined makeup and hair trials take about two hours. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup on if possible, to avoid freshly washing or flat ironing hair on the day of a hair trial, and to send headshots, dress or attire photos and photos of the looks they want before the appointment. The contract is presented at the end of the trial. Reserving services requires a signed contract and a deposit of 50 percent of the contract total. Without a signed contract, a trial payment is due at the end of the consultation and is applied to the deposit if services are booked.
