The spa at Briar Barn Inn is a small, treatment-focused operation with three treatment rooms, located just past the main entrance beside the seasonal outdoor pool, on a wooded four-acre property. Most massages happen in The Annex, a private suite a brief stroll from the spa's entrance. The spa has no lounge, locker room, sauna, steam room or shower, and it does not provide nail services or couples massage, though paired services such as side-by-side foot soaks are offered.

Spa hours are by appointment only on Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 am to 6 pm from Wednesday through Friday, and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice or 50% of the service cost is charged. Late arrivals pay for the full scheduled session but receive a shorter, pro-rated treatment. A 20% gratuity is added at checkout, and the spa accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Packages and group appointments need four to five weeks' notice and require a credit card or gift certificate when booked.

The spa's packages are a large part of the menu. The Classic Spa Day runs 150 minutes and combines a 60-minute classic massage, a Glow facial and a 30-minute foot soak for $340. The Solo Spa Day runs 180 minutes with a 60-minute classic massage, a BBI Signature Facial and a 30-minute foot soak for $375. The Self-Care Package is a 60-minute relaxation session that costs $140 per guest or $280 for a pair. It opens with a warm Epsom salt foot soak and includes paraffin for hands and feet, an eye mask and a head, neck and shoulder massage, but it does not include deep tissue or therapeutic massage. Spa packages come with a pool pass for use before or after treatments.

The spa has no washing station, so a traveling cosmetologist comes to the guest's room. One stylist can serve up to five clients and one makeup artist up to four in a single day. Makeup is applied with a mix of luxury, cosmeceutical and organic cosmetics, and full makeup applications begin with Sorella Skincare preparation.

Guests may choose one of the inn's 30 rooms, ranging from Queen Rooms and King Suites to a Double Queen or a private Cottage. The Grove restaurant and the spa both sit a few steps from the guest rooms. Guests collect a pool key from the Front Desk. The pool runs seasonally, from Memorial Day weekend until Indigenous Peoples' Day weekend, with both weekends included.

The spa keeps its services small in scale and treatment-led, grouping them into facials, massage, foot soaks, lash and brow work, hair and makeup, and waxing. Single treatments and multi-service packages are both offered.
