The hair color menu is broad. It starts with a gloss or toner refresh for tone and shine between appointments, and includes root touch-ups that refresh new growth, cover gray, or keep current color. All-over color can be used to refresh, deepen or change overall color, and a conditioning treatment can be added to it for $15. Highlights come in partial and full versions, with the full highlight meant for refreshing blonde hair. A full transformation aims for maximum brightness, whether starting from virgin hair or from grown-out balayage, with treatments added as needed. Vivid color covers everything from a small pop of shade to a bold change. The full highlight is not recommended if more than 14 weeks have passed since the last color service, and in that case the full transformation is suggested instead.

Other hair services include a customized haircut and style, a kids haircut for children 10 and under that includes a wash and style, and a shampoo with blowout for maintaining hair between visits or preparing for an event. Clarifying and deep conditioning treatments each include a blowdry and style. Formal updos are offered for prom, weddings and other special occasions; clients should arrive with clean, completely dry hair, as the blowdry is not included in that service.

Nail services are offered in builder gel and Gel X, each in three tiers based on nail art. Tier one covers minimal designs such as solid color, French tip, polka dots, one-color cateye or accent nails. Tier two adds moderate art like isolated chrome, blooming gel, animal print, layered designs, multicolor polish or simple 3D art. Tier three is for intricate work, including multi-design sets, charms, sculpted art and everything in tier two.

Booking requires a deposit of $15 to $50 depending on the service. Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a deposit may be moved to a new appointment with that notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and a no-show is also charged 35% of the booked service. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late can lead to a shortened, modified or canceled appointment. Emergencies are handled case by case. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
