The studio works from a private suite designed to keep each appointment calm and unhurried. The hair menu centers on color: custom dimensional color for every hair type and texture, blonding, gloss, root work for grey coverage and regrowth, and face frame brightening, which is offered to established clients. Color services include a blow-dry finish.

Beyond color, the hair treatments include a Keratin Complex keratin treatment or Brazilian blowout that smooths hair for about five months, Follicle Filler for moisture and protein balance, a K18 leave-in mask, and Top Drop treatments with a choice of hydrate, repair, blonde or scalp. Blowouts and haircuts are also available. The studio does not offer updos or formal hair styling and refers wedding hair clients to stylists who work only on weddings.

The makeup side covers bridal makeup, including a one-to-two hour trial run in the studio and full airbrush makeup with lashes, plus bridal party makeup with airbrush and lashes. One-hour makeup lessons and private one-on-one lessons are available, and private lessons end with a personalized face chart. Wedding makeup inquiries are answered within 24 hours. A date is held with a signed contract and a $150 deposit.

Each client's color plan is built around their hair goals, and the studio focuses on hair color and cuts rather than updos.
