Color and extension work both start with a consultation: the color consultation is free, takes about 15 minutes and ends with a personalized quote, while the extension consultation is free to start, takes about 20 minutes and covers color matching and pricing options.
The menu is organized into blonding, color, cuts, extensions, event hair and makeup, styling and treatments. Blonding includes partial and full lived-in blonde and a full highlight and roots service. Color covers root refresh, all over color, partial highlights, partial highlights and roots (meant to cover grays with subtle highlights) and a reverse balayage lowlight toner. Extensions include hand tied and tap in options. Event hair and makeup is offered for brides, wedding parties and special events.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. A 30% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, and 100% on the day of the appointment.
