A haircut visit begins with a consultation and includes a relaxing hand massage, a shampoo and a blowout. Special events hair is planned after a consultation, and those bookings are made by phone. Online booking and client login run through Aura Salonware, which also handles gift cards, referrals and a loyalty program. Clients should know that a credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice, and a late change incurs a fee of 30 percent of the reserved services. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may also mean the appointment cannot be accommodated, with the same fee applying. For a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the fee may be applied to future services.
