The studio aims for hair removal that feels comfortable and is not painful, and it gives each service the time it needs instead of rushing through a booked schedule. Staff are certified and trained by Alexandria Professional Body Sugaring. The business describes itself as the best sugaring studio in Hampton Roads and says Alexandria Professional has been a pioneer in body sugaring worldwide for more than 20 years.

A visit begins with a consultation, where the team gives thorough pre- and post-care recommendations. Sugaring paste is made from sugar, lemon, and water. It grips the hair rather than the skin and is removed with warm water, and hair is pulled in the direction of growth so it is not snapped at the root. Clients who want to prepare can buy a numbing cream, which should go on about 45 minutes before the appointment. Services are by appointment only and a credit card is needed to book.

Sugaring covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, and intimate areas, with Brazilian and Brazilian maintenance including both front and back. Add-ons include a Vajacial, a 60-dollar ingrown hair treatment for the intimate area that cleanses, exfoliates, steams, extracts, applies a mud mask, and moisturizes. Skin care at the Chesapeake location covers microcurrent and infusion facials, microneedling with infusion, several peels, and the Elaine Brennan Peel, an eight-day process with about a week of downtime.
