TH Nails Academy offers nail technology training in manicuring, pedicuring and artificial nails, and the salon describes it as a Virginia State-approved institution. Virginia State License Exam eligibility requires 150 hours of training set by the Virginia State Board of Cosmetology. Theory can be studied online or at home, with practical skills built through in-salon practice. Free one-hour orientation sessions run Monday through Friday from 10 to 11 am, and the academy also offers internships and apprenticeships for qualified individuals and high school seniors.

Sanitation is a central part of the service: tools are disinfected with Barbicide, stored in a dedicated sanitizer cabinet, and pedicures use a disposable liner for each client, while each new client receives a fresh file and buffer kit that they may take home.
