Hair removal is the center of the menu. Waxing is done with a handmade hypoallergenic hard wax that the studio describes as all-natural and organic, and it says it is one of the few studios using such products. Sugaring is also available: a paste made from sugar, lime and water, applied lukewarm, which grips the hair rather than the skin. Women's waxing covers bikini and Brazilian areas as well as the face, legs, arms, underarms, back, abdomen and chest, with a Full Body Special. Men's waxing covers areas such as ears, underarms, brows, shoulders, buttcheeks, chest, back, legs and arms, plus a Manzilian Special and a men's Full Body Special that leaves out full arms.

Skin lightening treatments are aimed at hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone on the bikini line, underarms, inner thighs, knees, elbows and back. According to the studio, its methods are dermatologist-approved and clients commonly notice one to three shades of brightness after one session. Facials include Glow Girl Dermaplaning, which uses a sterile surgical blade for manual exfoliation and suits most skin types, including skin with facial hair; two Glow Girl Relaxing facials at 60 and 90 minutes; and a 30-minute On The Glow facial that does not include dermaplaning. The vajacial includes a warm lavender-scented towel, ingrown hair extraction, high frequency, a hydrojelly mask of choice and FUR oil. The studio says it soothes skin after waxing and helps prevent ingrown hairs.

Hydralips is a hydration treatment for dry lips in which a derma pen makes micro-holes so a hyaluronic acid serum can be applied after exfoliation. The studio says many clients notice an immediate change in lip texture and hydration. Lash services cover lifts, lifts with tint, and classic, hybrid and volume fills and extensions. Professional makeup includes a 30-minute express application and a 50-minute full face makeup with lashes. Eyebrow waxing, threading, tinting and lamination are also offered.

Booking policies matter here. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and appointments cannot be cancelled online, so clients must call the studio. Late changes are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service to the card on file. A first no-show is charged 50 percent, a second 100 percent, and a third must be booked as a walk-in. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, which does not apply to appointments after 6:30pm, and a larger service may not be completed in full if the client arrives late. Waxing is not performed on skin exposed to UV rays or sunburn within the last 24 hours. Clients using Accutane are not suitable for waxing, and a doctor's note is required if the last dose was less than 6 months ago. Before-and-after photos are optional; agreeing permits the studio to use them for social media and advertising. Intimate-area services are waxing only, and the studio has a zero-tolerance policy for crude or suggestive language. Parking at the Gulch studio is free for the first hour.
