Services fall into two groups. Barbering covers neck trims, which also handle undercut clean-ups, and beard trims that include trimming, shaping and clean-up. Hair services cover cuts, buzz cuts done with up to three clipper blades, bang trims, grey blending as a color camo, and a free color consultation to talk through what the client is after.

Cuts are priced by length. A short cut is for styles shorter than jaw length, while bobs and mullets are booked as long cuts. A buzz cut with a skin fade is charged at the short cut price.

Booking is done online through the studio's appointment page. Clients who have had a color before without pre-booking a retouch are asked to contact the studio, and returning clients who want a retouch are asked to email rather than book online. The studio is open Monday afternoon and evening, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 8pm, and Thursday from 9am to 5pm.

The studio describes itself as inviting and fun, and a pet dog is usually on hand to greet clients.
