Braidsbybeautylinks operates as a beauty supply store with a braiding service attached, located at 143 Middle Turnpike West in Manchester. Braiding hair is sold on site, and the shop can also supply hair for an appointment when a client asks for it.

Services are grouped into boho knotless and goddess styles, knotless, box braids, feeding stitch braids, French curls, kids' styles, locs, men's styles, back-to-school styles and hair care. Twist work includes Senegalese, Marley, spring, kinky and passion twists. Consultations are offered before booking, so clients can talk through a style first.

Booking requires a non-refundable $42 deposit: $2 is a website processing fee and $40 is credited to the appointment. The balance is paid in cash or by Zelle. Clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed, blown-out hair with no product, including leave-in conditioner or hair oil. Wash and blow dry is offered, but it is not included in the published price list.

Hair must reach at least 4 inches all around. Shorter hair carries an extra $30 fee, and any breakage or bald spots need to be disclosed when booking. Clients who buy hair elsewhere must match the exact shade, while hair bought from the shop can be ordered in a requested color by text after booking.

The schedule is tightly managed. An appointment can be rescheduled once, using the original deposit, but only within the month first booked; moving it into the next month cancels it. Style changes need at least 3 days' notice, and cancellations need 48 hours; same-day cancellations are not accepted. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, a $20 late fee applies at 15 minutes, and appointments are cancelled automatically after 20 minutes. Squeeze-ins and holiday appointments each carry a $50 fee. Guests are not allowed, children must be able to sit for the whole service, and a parent booking for a child drops the child off and leaves. Clients who don't call or show up lose the ability to book again.

Appointments run on defined prep, hair-length and booking rules, with a consultation available before a client commits.
