The service menu covers a wide range of protective braid styles, from knotless and box braids to Fulani, tribal, Senegalese twists, cornrows, crochet braids, half braids, stitch braids, men's designs and two strand twists, with a separate kids menu for children 12 and under.

Appointments are booked through an online booking page. A consultation takes 20 minutes, and a style request takes 10 minutes; for a style request, clients send a picture of the look they want. The business says it can recreate any style a client chooses. Appointment lengths run from 50 minutes for straight back cornrows to 8 hours for small Bohemian knotless braids.

Hair is included for most knotless, box, Bohemian, Fulani and tribal, Senegalese and stitch braid services, in 1B color only. For any other color, clients bring their own hair in that color; the price stays the same and no discount is given. Human curly hair is not included in those services. Prices are based on shoulder-length braids, and longer lengths (mid-back, waist, butt-length or longer) carry an extra fee that is chosen at booking.

For Tyla, Jayda Wanda, crochet, French curls and half braid services, clients bring enough hair in the desired color and length. Miracle Knotless Braids are priced at $175 and take about 3 hours; clients bring feather crochet hair, and the business crochets 3 bundles for medium fullness or 4 to 5 bundles for super fullness.

Styles can be recreated from a client's photo, with hair color and length settled when booking.
