Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Some services start with a consultation: a color consultation with strand test is offered for $35, an extension consultation is required before any extension application, and K-tip installs and butterfly weft purchases also begin with a consultation. K-tip hair is priced after that consult.

Listed prices are often starting points, and extra charges can apply depending on hair length, density, condition or added work. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A credit or debit card is kept on file to schedule appointments.

Cancellation rules depend on notice. Changes made at least 72 hours ahead carry no fee, while later cancellations or reschedules forfeit any deposit paid, and same-day changes and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Clients who cancel late, reschedule on the day or no-show may be asked for a 50% deposit before booking again. Bridal deposits are non-refundable, and bridal cancellations forfeit the deposit regardless of notice. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and a $35 late fee may be added if the service can still be completed. Completed services are non-refundable, so any concern should be raised with the studio promptly, and gift card sales are final.
