Appointments are booked ahead of time, and a confirmation message follows once a booking is made. Some appointments require a non-refundable $30 deposit. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry, fully detangled hair unless the service includes washing, and extra fees can apply for detangling or preparation. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit or be charged a fee.

During the visit, hot water is used to seal and smooth the braids, so clients need to stay still during that step. Tools, chairs and stations are sanitized between clients, and extra guests are only allowed if approved beforehand. Children must stay calm and seated, and the salon may decline a service if a child cannot sit still. Full payment is due right after the service, by cash, Zelle, Cash App or card depending on availability. Retouches carry a fee that depends on the style and the work needed. Hair concerns must be reported within 72 hours of the appointment, and hair services are not refundable. Clients feeling unwell are asked to reschedule.
