The menu is organized around braiding. Feed-in and stitch braids run from 2 up to 12 braids, with add-ons such as small braids, bundles, designs, butterfly styles and fishbone braids. Knotless plaits come in jumbo, large, medium and smed sizes, including Fulani-style designs and knotless bobs.

Hair must come in clean and already smoothed, either blown out or flat ironed, and free of oils and styling products. A $45 blow-out prep service is offered to stretch hair ahead of braids or protective styles, but it does not include styling or braiding. If hair arrives without a blow-out and none was booked, a $55 fee applies. To book, clients pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $20 to $40, depending on the service, through Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle. Clients are asked to arrive on time, and certain services are cancelled after a 10-minute grace period. Many clients bring their own prestretched hair, such as Freetress, while salon stock can be used if confirmed by text.
