Braid services include 1B colored braiding hair and a hair wash. Styles range from short feed-in and goddess braids to long knotless, box, and Senegalese work, and the price is listed per style and length. Curly or boho hair, extensions, and crochet hair are not included in the braid price, so clients who want those supply them or ask about them ahead of time.

Two stand twists are offered for natural hair only.

Clients who want a style that is not on the menu can call or text the shop to ask whether it can be done. For French curl styles, the client hands over the curly hair section by section while the braid is being made. Cash is the only payment accepted. Walk-ins are seen first come, first served, and may wait until earlier clients and booked appointments are finished. Clients who miss a booking without notice or do not confirm ahead lose future bookings and are limited to walk-ins. No refunds are issued once a client has left the shop, so anyone unhappy with the result is asked to say so before leaving.
