Clients can book online Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, or text or call 678-878-0645. A $25 deposit holds the appointment and is applied to the total, but it is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the appointment; Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App are not accepted.

Before the appointment, hair should be washed, blow-dried and straight, with no products applied beforehand. The minimum hair length is 3 to 4 inches, and clients who are unsure can send a photo before booking. Hair is included for knotless and tribal knotless styles, while clients provide hair for large knotless styles and curly hair for Bohemian knotless styles, though some Bohemian listings include the curly hair in the price.

Appointment lengths vary by style, from about 1 hour 30 minutes for six to seven straight-back cornrows to nearly 6 hours for extra small knotless braids. A hair pack guide lists amounts by style, such as 4 packs for tribal braids at 52 inches, 2 packs for half lemonade at 42 inches, and 14 packs for box braids.

Policies: arriving 20 minutes late adds a $15 late fee, and arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment and charges 50% of the service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations are charged the full balance. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice; after that the deposit is forfeited and a new one is required. Clients who are not satisfied should say so before leaving the chair.
