The dreadlock services cover repairing and reinforcing locs, reattaching locs that have fallen off, converting thin Sisterlocs to InstantLocs with an overlay from top to bottom, and repositioning extra locs to areas that need more hair. InstantLoc extensions are handmade in the salon chair over the client's own hair, in any length, with monthly maintenance. For crown hair loss, the dreadlock transplant moves a client's own locs from the back of the head to thinning crown and front areas.

For clients with hair loss, the salon offers prosthetic medical wigs and hair units. These include cranial prostheses, custom medical wigs made from precise head measurements, monofilament wigs for sensitive scalps, and silk top wigs. Custom LocBridge hair units are made to cover balding areas, using the client's own hair or hair bought from the salon.

Booking is by appointment only, with no walk-ins or same-day appointments. Appointments are prepaid and usually booked three to four days ahead, with weekend times needing two to three weeks' notice. Most dreadlock services require a consultation first, which can be done digitally for $150 or in person with Bee for $200. Clients can also book VIP visits, where the team travels to their home town on set dates in several states and brings products to perform the service there.

The salon also offers braids for men and women, including men's cornrows, men's knotless box braids with extensions, and extra long box braids, along with a detox wash and treatment. Kids' braiding parties and Enchanted Garden Hair Party packages are available for events. Clients can donate their locs through the salon's Donate Your Locs program.

Each client gets a full assessment before a plan is set, since dreadlock problems are diagnosed individually. The aim is to help clients feel confident expressing their own style.
