The business says its aim is a comfortable, welcoming and professional visit with care for each client's hair. Most services are priced from a starting amount. A non-refundable deposit secures an appointment and is credited toward the balance, which is due at the visit. Deposits range from $10 for Natural Braids Down for a Wig to $100 for Instant Locs with Extensions, and several styles, including silk presses, roller sets and kids' bob styles, take a $20 deposit.
Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows can cost the deposit. Arriving 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation or rescheduling, depending on the service. Hair should be prepared as the service requires, and extra preparation can carry an added fee. Extra guests are not allowed, except a parent or guardian when a minor needs one.
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays. A free 15-minute consultation lets the stylist and client talk through goals. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. On Mondays, medium knotless braids are offered from $200 for any length, with wash and shampoo included, over about 300 minutes.
