The menu runs from cornrows and crochet foundations to knotless, boho, box and micro braids, twists, faux locs and bridal styling, with kids' braids for ages 5 to 10. New clients pay a deposit when booking, generally $50 and sometimes $15 to $100 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Many services require the client to supply curly, boho, human or specialty hair. Hair is included for select services in colors 1B and #2, and other colors can be added for an extra $20 when available. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, fully detangled, blow-dried hair unless a shampoo was arranged in advance, and to share any scalp sensitivity, fragile or thinning hair, or reactions to synthetic hair or products before the visit.

Cancellations need at least 3 days' notice, and later cancellations incur a 45% fee. Style changes must be requested when booking or at least 48 hours before the appointment. Once a service has started, its time, labor, products and braiding hair are non-refundable. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7:30 PM, with Wednesday opening at 7:30 AM, Saturday 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
