Booking runs through a GlossGenius page, and a deposit paid at booking secures the appointment. Deposits on the services page range from $25 to $100 depending on the service. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be moved to another appointment or kept as credit if the cancellation policy is followed. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a 30% no-show charge. A same-day cancellation forfeits the deposit and requires a new one to rebook. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time left for the service, and a no-show fee applies before rebooking. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
