Services are grouped into knotless braids, bohemian braids, stitch braids, specialties and house services. Knotless work comes in a range of sizes from jumbo to extra small, with options such as ombré, curly ends and a triangle part. Bohemian braids include a bob style and knotless and goddess knotless versions in several sizes. Stitch braids cover 6-12 stitch, stitch and tribal or Fulani styles, with lemonade, layered and pony options on some.

Clients book by contacting the studio through the website. Hair needs to be 4 to 5 inches long to book, and clients should arrive without products in their hair. Guests are not allowed at appointments, and there is a 25-minute grace period for lateness. A per-service deposit is taken online by card and is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the final balance is paid by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or cash. For clients who prefer not to travel, home visits are available in New Jersey and New York and take about 8 hours. Home bookings require contacting the salon after booking to finalize details.
