The menu covers braid downs, feed-in braids, straight back cornrows, box braids, knotless and boho knotless styles, tribal and lemonade braids, Alicia Keys Signature Braids, custom designs, crochet styles, individual loc retwists and restorations, and mini micro starter locs. Menu quotes assume mid-back length unless noted, and most styles list a studio price and a higher mobile price.
A separate Luxury Mobile Experience menu offers precision braids, feed-in and ponytail styles, tribal braids, half-up half-down looks and a full mohawk, all done on mobile visits. The business describes its braids as luxury. Premium synthetic braiding hair is included in every style, and the studio keeps #1 and #1B along with accent colors on hand, while other shades need to be requested when booking.
Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit paid through Cash App or Zelle, with the client's name, style and date in the payment note. The balance is paid in cash on arrival, before the service starts. Walk-ins are not accepted, and same-day or outside-hours bookings, when offered, carry a $50 after-hours fee. Clients need to arrive with hair washed and blow-dried, or they may be turned away. Hair washing is only included with the Luxury Mobile Experience, which also comes with a luxury gift bag.
Styles priced over $200 come with a complimentary basic press-on nail set valued at $20, and nail sets can be added to any appointment for $20. Active students with ID can book the student special in studio, and students can ask about campus or dorm specials.
