The menu is organized into box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, locs and faux locs, twists, kids' braiding and VIP braiding. Beyond the priced styles, the salon also offers Bora Bora, Fulani, lemonade, mermaid, stitch and tribal braids, plus designer cornrows and butterfly locs, without listed prices. A hair package can be added to any appointment as an option.

Kids' braiding uses age-appropriate styles with its own pricing. The salon also braids for events such as weddings, corporate events, festivals and private parties.

Cancellations made with enough notice, as set by each branch, are eligible for a refund of the deposit. A referral program rewards both the person who refers a friend and the friend, once the friend completes and pays for a first appointment. The salon also runs community programs: Back-to-School Braiding Days, Beauty Scholarships and a Single Mothers Support Program.
