Most braiding services call for Hollywood prestretched hair, bought in bundles counted by length. Kids' services can use Expressions kids hair or Hollywood prestretched 5x hair instead. Alicia Keys braids, straight back braids with design and baby braided ponytails are priced with hair included, with a booking fee paid separately and a balance due after booking.

Deposits are non-refundable and clients may reschedule once. An appointment more than 15 minutes late is canceled, and a new deposit is needed to rebook. No extra people are allowed at the appointment. For most services, hair should arrive washed and free of grease and oils.

Cash is not accepted. Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App and card tap, swipe or scan are accepted. EBT is accepted with a $25 extra charge, and the deposit must be paid in cash.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 11 am to 10 pm, Friday 11 am to 11 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. The salon is closed on Sundays. Fall specials require clients to state their hair color by number in the booking notes.
