Dimensional custom color uses lightener across every level from brunette to blonde, so the result can be bright or subtle. Balayage is hand-painted lightener for soft, natural-looking highlights that typically lift a few levels, while foil highlights are used for even brightness from scalp to ends. Platinum Card is a global blonding service for taking virgin hair to a solid blonde, and root bleach retouches are available for clients already at a solid blonde. Root retouches for permanent color are offered for gray coverage, and Bourbon Transformation is a longer color session billed by the hour. Full blow-dry and iron styling are included in the color services.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Clients book a free extension consultation first, and hair is paid for upfront before it is ordered. Installs include scalp prep, the hair itself, custom color matching when needed, cutting and blending, and styling. Bellami and Kovi Hair extensions are used, and the options range from V-Light strand extensions and K-tips to hidden row wefts and volume or express wefts. Custom lengths over 24 inches or added services can raise the price.

Booking happens through the online booking site. New clients can send an appointment request through the website contact form and should expect a reply within 24 to 48 hours. The studio is open Thursday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments over $200 carry a $100 booking fee that goes toward the service, and a $50 cancellation fee applies to changes made within 72 hours on appointments under $200. A card is kept on file for every client.
