Hair removal by wax is available on the face, underarms, back, legs, abdomen, buttocks and bikini area, and first-time Brazilian waxes are priced separately. For skin work, the menu includes peels tailored to issues like fine lines, uneven pigmentation and acne scarring; dermaplaning, which clears away dead skin and fine vellus hair; and DMK Enzyme Therapy, offered in basic and advanced forms. First-time guests can book a consultation combined with a facial, and personalized facials suit every skin type, acne-prone skin included.

Body treatments include the Vagacial, a hydrating bikini line treatment that exfoliates and targets ingrown hairs, and a belly treatment designed for pregnancy. Add-ons such as hydrojelly, an underarm add-on and a stomach strip can be added to services.

Clients are asked to let hair grow at least two to three weeks after the last shave before a waxing appointment, and to avoid waxing, shaving or laser treatments for at least 48 hours before a facial. Numbing creams should not be used before waxing, and wipes are provided for clients who cannot shower beforehand. For facials, sunbathing and exfoliants, including AHAs, BHAs, scrubs and retinoids, should be avoided for three to five days before the visit.

Appointments can be booked online. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and changes made later incur a fee of 50 percent of the booked services. A no-show is charged the full service price, and future appointments are not accepted until fees are paid. Arrivals are given a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment is rescheduled. The studio is open Tuesday from 1pm to 7pm, Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Facial work is customized to the client's skin, with peels tailored to specific concerns and customized facials offered for all skin types.
