Vibe Studio Salons

Vibe Studio Salons rents private studio suites to independent beauty professionals, so each renter runs a business from a room of their own. The building at 51 W. 84th Avenue is roughly ten minutes from downtown Denver and sits directly off I-25 on 84th Avenue. Ample free parking is available in the building's lot.

There are nine single studios and one double studio. Each single includes a chair, a shampoo bowl, cabinets and large mirrors, while the double adds a second chair, mirror and set of cabinets. Large windows bring in natural light, and some studios have views of the mountains. Premium corner units and west-facing units are available.

Shared facilities include free communal laundry, a break room, a designated color mixing room and free WiFi, and management is located on site. Keyless entry lets renters work outside normal business hours. Studios can be professionally painted in a color chosen by the renter, and electronic payment such as Square is accepted. Accounting and cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Renters keep 100% of their profit, and a bonus is offered for longer leases. Renters choose whether to take part in marketing offered by the company, and each can have a personal profile page on the Vibe website that lists their services.
