Hair removal is the core of the menu. Full-body hard wax and sugaring are both offered for the face, body and intimate areas. Single-area hard waxes start at $10 for the nose, and full legs are listed from $90. Brow services use hard wax or tweezing, with tinting available alone or combined with a shape.

Skin care sits alongside the hair removal. The Botanical Intimate Facial is a barrier-focused, 60-minute treatment for skin after any hair removal method. Intimate Care adds a herbal steam and calming mask recovery to Bikini and Brazilian services. Aftercare guidance is shared after visits, and some facials and hair removal services may be scheduled separately depending on the skin and services chosen.

Booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, applied to the booked service, and a consent form submitted before the appointment. Clients should disclose allergies, medications and recent treatments such as retinoids, Accutane, chemical peels, microneedling and fillers. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited, and missed appointments without notice may affect future booking. Each calendar year includes one courtesy reschedule for an unexpected circumstance. A 10-minute grace period covers unexpected delays but is not added to every appointment, and late guests should call before their start time. If severe weather forces the business to reschedule, the deposit moves to the new time.

Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 4 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Payment is taken by GlossGenius, Zelle or cash, not by check, Cash App or Venmo. Completed services are non-refundable, and unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days. Clients should arrive with clean skin free of lotion, oil or makeup in the treated area, and hair should be about a quarter inch long for hair removal. Guests and children are welcome, and children must be supervised at all times.
