Hair is the core of the menu. Women can book cuts with or without styling, blowouts, updos and girls' cuts for children 13 and under, while men can book cuts and all-over color. Color options run from toner and glaze to virgin all-over color, retouches, partial and full highlights for short, medium and long hair, and corrective color. Chemical services include short, medium and long hair perms, spiral and curl relaxers, a Japanese straight perm, a Brazilian keratin treatment and relaxers for natural hair. A separate blow dry bar offers a wash, blow and go service, a split end mask and a blow dry updo. For special occasions the salon also offers balayage, hair extensions and updos.

Outside of hair, the salon offers spa and gel manicures and pedicures, paraffin treatments and nail polish changes. Its facial menu runs from a 45-minute express facial and a 60-minute spa facial to a 90-minute signature facial with a hot stone portion, peels, a Hydrafacial, radiofrequency treatment, collagen and vitamin C options, diamond dermabrasion and an Ultra Lift session with LED light. Reflexology is offered in 30, 60 and 75-minute sessions with foot or hand add-ons, and Head Spa treatments run 50 or 75 minutes. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, Brazilian and back, and threading is available for brows. Lash services include full extension sets, refills, tinting and lifting, plus makeup, and according to the home page the salon also offers massages and spray tans.

Clients can book appointments online through the salon's booking page. Hours are 9 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and 9 am to 5 pm on Sundays. eGift cards are sold in amounts from $25 to $200.
