Every visit opens with a conversation about the client's skin, concerns and goals. Treatments and products are then chosen for that person, using professional and medical-grade skincare in the treatment room and for use at home, with homecare guidance between appointments. The studio addresses acne, uneven tone, texture and visible signs of aging.

Acne Bootcamp is the studio's structured program. The first visit is a consultation with a skin assessment, sensitivity testing, acne education and a written homecare and treatment plan, and later visits are regular treatments with progress checks and routine adjustments. Teens 14 and older can join, with a parent or legal guardian's consent required for anyone under 18. Clients outside the Boston area can do the program virtually with biweekly check-ins, and it can be adapted for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding if this is raised at consultation. The program asks clients to invest in the recommended products, and a treatment is not required at the first consultation.

The facial menu includes Custom Facials in a 75-minute version and a 105-minute Custom Facial Plus+ version. Each includes a skin analysis, a customized treatment and finishing touches, and treatments are selected for the client's skin with no separate add-on charges; any modality a client wants must be requested within the booked time. Glo2Facial comes in three lengths, and the page describes the treatment as involving no downtime. DMK Enzyme Therapy and DMK Muscle Banding are also offered, though first-time DMK clients must start with Enzyme Therapy.

Booking terms are firm. Cancelling or rescheduling at least three days ahead avoids a fee, while changes one to two days before an appointment cost 50% of the service price, and same-day changes and no-shows cost 100%. Changes must be made through Vagaro, including in its app, and booking means accepting these policies. Products are sold through an online shop on Square listing 108 items, with orders shipped within the U.S. by UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's skin, and treatments are customized with homecare guidance between appointments.
