The brow menu covers lamination, which brushes brow hairs up for a set look that lasts about six weeks, and tinting, a semi-permanent dye that darkens and defines brows. Waxing can be added to either, and the Brow Map add-on shapes brows to suit the face. For lashes, an all-natural, semi-permanent lash lift lifts and darkens natural lashes without extensions and lasts about six to eight weeks. Several services are bundled together, including The Works, which combines brow lamination, tinting, waxing, a lash lift and a lash tint in one hour.

Microblading is a permanent makeup technique that uses a handheld blade to draw hair-like strokes, and it can either build a brow from scratch or enhance one that is already there. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand, with extra numbing during the procedure. The first appointment takes about two and a half hours, and a touch-up is scheduled six to eight weeks later. Results last two to five years depending on skin type and aftercare. Every new client, including anyone with previous permanent makeup, is booked as an initial appointment. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, read the medical contraindications listed on the site before booking, and keep brows dry for seven days while they heal, with brow shields provided.

Booking questions go to lex@browsxlex.com. Some Saturday appointments are held back and can be requested by email or Instagram. Gift cards are available as virtual cards or as physical cards in store. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full appointment cost. Grace periods are five minutes for brow wax, ten minutes for other esthetics services and fifteen minutes for microblading, and late arrivals beyond that window are charged the full service cost. No payment plans are offered. Some clients travel from out of state to visit.

Brow design begins with shaping to suit each client's face, and every service comes with its own aftercare instructions, such as keeping brows or lashes dry for set periods afterward.
