The spa describes itself as more of a culture than a typical med spa, with the aim of building long-term relationships with clients. It focuses on results that look healed and natural rather than trendy or exaggerated, and it treats injections as both a technical skill and an art. It says it expects every provider to meet a set standard of knowledge, skill and artistry. Treatment plans take sun exposure, dryness and lifestyle into account, with the goal of prevention, correction and maintenance.

A visit usually begins with a free consultation that leads to a custom treatment plan. At South Jordan, the consultation covers goals, facial anatomy and lifestyle. Neurotoxin appointments usually take 10 to 15 minutes, and dosing is chosen based on the muscle mass and strength in the treated area. Pain control options are available for treatments. Clinic hours at each location are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus every other Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be booked online through the Book Now page or by calling the location directly. Children and more than one guest are not allowed during treatment. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. No-shows and late cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service to the card on file. Pay-over-time plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and no hard credit check to see options, and CareCredit is also listed as a financing option.

Memberships run from a $49 monthly BosBeauty Membership, which includes one free dermaplane each month with any facial, up to a $1,600 monthly Evolve Membership with four single sessions a month. Other memberships cover one laser hair removal session a month outside the legs for $99, one IPL session a month for $299 with a three-month minimum, and a $199 monthly skin membership with a six-month minimum that includes 10% off products. Members receive discounted rates on items such as Dysport and Xeomin.

The spa also rents suites in Las Vegas, St. George and Salt Lake City to aesthetics professionals who bring in their own clients. Suite availability is arranged by phone or through the contact form. BosBeauty also lists an academy for injector training.

Treatment plans are built around prevention, correction and maintenance, with an emphasis on natural-looking, balanced results and conservative dosing.
