The menu covers conditioning and detangling treatments, cuts, color retouches for grow-out and grey coverage, and glosses for tone and shine. Lightening is offered as partial or full-head highlights and balayage, plus face-framing highlights placed around the hairline. Extension installs are offered as a two-row set, and a free consultation covers pricing and color choice before booking.

Appointments run on set days: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM. New clients booking a custom color appointment get a text consultation before their first visit, plus a short in-person consultation at the start of the appointment.
