Color is a large part of the menu. Balayage, ombre and reverse balayage are offered, with a gloss add-on usually included, alongside all over color, root touch-ups, men's color and cut, and foil highlights such as babylights, partial and full head foils, and a quick partline or money piece. Lowlights add $30 to a half or full head of foil. Every coloring service includes a complimentary blowdry or haircut. Glossing and toner is a demi-permanent color applied at the shampoo bowl that lasts six to eight weeks and does not cover grey.

Aqua Hair Extensions come as hand-tied and volume wefts, I-Tips, K-Tips and tape-ins. Brow lamination smooths and sets natural brow hairs for six to eight weeks and can be booked alone or bundled with a brow tint or the Perfect Brow Wax. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin, ear, nose, between the brows, sideburns and cheeks, and full face. Full body waxing covers the chest, back areas, arms, legs, underarms, abdomen and buttocks, with bikini (V) and Brazilian (V) options for clients with a vagina. Clients are asked to avoid retinol and exfoliating for one week before facial waxing.

Special occasion services include bridal updos, updos, down curls and a clip-on extension add-on. Down curls are a full head of set curls meant to last the whole day, without pinning or braiding. Individual special occasion styling is available by appointment, and the salon does not offer on-site wedding party services. Styling and cutting options include women's and men's haircuts, a women's luxury haircut, a Mizani Air-Cut haircut, luxury blowdry, shampoo and blowdry, and haircuts for girls and guys in 8th grade and below.

Services can be booked a la carte, and prices are listed in the online booking tool, which also sells gift cards. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday 1 to 8 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the salon closed Sunday and Monday. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, but not checks. Tips can be given by cash, Zelle or Venmo. The salon runs an internship program and the Rising Apprentice Training Program, and it accepts hair donations through CWHL Hair Donations. The salon says BusinessRate named it Best Hair Salon in Plainfield for 2026, its third year in a row.

The salon's mission is to pair advanced artistry with a calm, elevated guest experience, and stylists regularly train with industry leaders, according to the salon.
