The salon was founded by Christina Lynch, who has nearly three decades of experience in the beauty industry and began her career in 1997. Tim Lynch co-founded the business and brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, overseeing operations, finances and long-term direction. Christina and Tim Lynch own the salon.
According to the salon, its teams aim to set standards for luxury hair care rather than follow trends. Its approach pairs science-based technique with premium products, and the salon notes it is not the lowest-priced option in town. The salon reports four consecutive years on the Salon Today 200 list and describes itself as one of the highest-rated hair salons in The Woodlands and Montgomery. Stylists train in New York, Los Angeles and Parma, Italy.
Color consultations are free and take roughly 15 minutes. Extension services begin with a no-cost consultation at both locations. A boutique on site sells clothing, footwear and accessories.
