Every visit starts with a consultation about the condition of the natural lashes, the client's style preferences and the look they want. Lash sets are customized through lash mapping, and sanitized tools are used during application at every location. Clients are asked to arrive with the eye area free of makeup and with lashes freshly cleansed. The business describes its studios as luxury lash and eyebrow salons.

The lash menu runs from classic sets through hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, along with foreign lash fills for clients whose extensions were done elsewhere and brown lash sets. Brow shaping, tinting and lamination are offered at the Fair Lawn, Secaucus and Westfield studios, where licensed estheticians perform brow and facial waxing.
