Every visit is by appointment only, and each appointment is booked for a single client so that nobody is waiting or being rushed. New patients register online before the first visit and receive a security code from the office. At the first visit, a client coordinator photographs the skin and analyzes the complexion with VISIA before the physician consultation. The physician then reviews those findings and recommends a course of care in a personal consultation, which includes a detailed facial assessment and a personalized plan. Time can be reserved for same-day treatment if the patient wants it, or treatment can take place on a later date. A booking fee is required for consultations and treatments; it is applied to the appointment, or refunded if the appointment is cancelled 72 hours or more in advance. Pricing reflects the physician's evaluation, the procedure itself, and the time and skill involved.

The practice's philosophy is to treat the whole face and body rather than isolated spots or single wrinkles. Facial plans are built around a five-step framework the practice calls the 5R Rejuvenation Method, and the practice encourages starting cosmetic care before aging is visible, with yearly treatment plans. Financing is available through CareCredit, with zero-interest monthly payments on six-month repayment programs.
